How it's calculated

ProPartner: 1 point per $100 of yearly spend on QuickBooks Online, Workforce, Time, Bill Pay and Intuit Enterprise Suite (Enterprise Suite only when your firm manages the billing), plus 5 points per certification, capped at 20. Partner tier and above also require at least one paid QBO, Workforce or Enterprise Suite client and at least one certified person. Every client is assumed to pay for a full program year (Aug 1 – Jul 31).

ProAdvisor: points per active client subscription and per certification, as listed on Intuit's ProAdvisor page. Payments, Contractor Payments and Desktop earn ProAdvisor points but nothing under ProPartner.

This is an unofficial estimate from School of Bookkeeping, not affiliated with Intuit. Program terms may change before launch. Sources: QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program and the Intuit ProPartner Accountants Program Guide & FAQ (Aug 1, 2026).
